At CXF we create plans to a line with you, your goals, needs and lifestyle. Our goal is to make your journey as enjoyable and sustainable as possible, to help people gain valuable knowledge, make real lifestyle changes and not just constantly chase short term results.

In your bespoke meal plan youll receive a large variety of meal options and recipes to keep eating enjoyable. All options will be discussed between you and your coach to find the meals that best suit you and your lifestyle. These will align exactly with the calorie and macronutrient splits calculated by CXF coaches.
- PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN
Your training programme is created to suit your individual needs and lifestyle, whether thats training from home, at the gym or a mix of both. As well as creating the best split to hit your goals & suit the amount of days you can train to find that balance with work/life.
- CHECK-INS & ACCOUNTABILITY
This is arguably the most important/valuable tool provided by CXF to help you reach your goals and continue to progress. We will check-in on a weekly basis in order to monitor progress and make the necessary adjustments to your plans to ensure we stay moving in the right direction. As well as being your constant daily support system & guide throughout your journey!
- THE APP
Everything you need is housed inside this app, so you can follow your bespoke plans easily from your phone! Youll have your own personal fitness hub at the click of a finger. The app also allows us to track a number of metrics and set additional targets such as; Step count, daily habits, reminders and mindset tasks.
